ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
MISSION STATEMENT
It is the mission of the Economic Development Committee to closely support the
economic activities of the Tuckerton Borough Council. To accomplish this end, it
is incumbent on the Economic Development Committee to focus its energy towards
the overall economic well being of the community.
The Economic Development Committee is charged with supporting the economic
endeavors of the residential and business interests within the Borough. The
promotion of the Borough and its collective businesses is the focus of the Economic Development Committee"s agenda.
The presentation of the Borough in a most positive manner to attract business and
encourage promotion of business by focusing on business interests and their economic
health is intended to provide the residential community with a base to improve the
individual resident"s quality of life in the Borough.
This is the mission of the Economic Development Committee.

at the Tuckerton Seaport Members welcome ideas that will ’spark’ an interest in promoting our LOCAL COMMERCE!! | Meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm at our "Salt Box" location inside of the Tuckerton Seaport
