Land Use Board Secretary Borough of Tuckerton Land Use Board Responsible for approval of subdivision plats, site plans, or conditional uses. Variances, public drainage way, flood control basins, building or structure in the bed of a map street or public drainage way. Issuances of a permit of a building or structure not related to a street. Making and adopt and from time to time amend a master plan for the physical development for the Borough of Tuckerton. Administers the provisions of the land subdivision ordinance and site plan review ordinance.
